  • When is the trash pickup?

    Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. Have your trash curbside by 9 am for pickup. Holiday trash pickup is the day after, unless the holiday is on a Friday, in which case it will be picked up the following Monday.  Sometimes we do have trash pickup on  “designated” holidays such as when Christmas falls on a Saturday or Sunday.  We will notify residents if a time change is planned.

  • Who do I call for an emergency?

    In case of emergency call 911 first, then call the West Precinct.

  • How do I rent the clubhouse?

  • How do I rent the pool area?

    The pool cannot be reserved. All residents are allowed to use the pool during normal pool hours from 6.00 AM to 10.00 PM provided pool rules are followed.

  • When does the pool open/close?

    Generally the pool opens on or before the Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day weekend. The pool will remain open during September for as long as weather conditions allow but will definitely close by the end of September.

  • How do I volunteer for a Committee?

    Inquire with a board member by emailing coronadacondos@comcast.net. Volunteers for our HOA are always welcome. Share your interests and expertise for the betterment of all of us at Coronada!

  • When are the Board meetings held?

    On the 4th Tuesday of every month, except December, at 7.00 PM in the clubhouse.

  • How much is the association fee and what does it cover?

    The association fee of $385 is due on the first of each month.

    This covers insurance, trash pickup, landscaping, pool & clubhouse upkeep, and exterior maintenance and provides for the financial reserves required to assure the long-term financial welfare of our community.

  • What needs to be approved by the Design Committee?

    Any changes to your exterior must be approved prior to starting a project. This includes but is not limited to color paint changes, changes in landscaping material, installation of a patio or deck, installation of a satellite dish, or any other item that changes the exterior appearance of your property.

    If you are repainting the exact same colors in the same locations, you do not need to go through approval. The Coronada office will be happy to facilitate homeowners with approved paint at cost.

    If you are replanting the exact same material to replace dead or damaged material, no approval is necessary.

    When in doubt, check first.

  • What is the board's mission?

    To preserve the assets of the association and the owners.

  • What is the deposit to put a satellite dish on the roof?

    $1000.00 if it is attached to the roof through the shingles. You must check with the Coronada office to discuss best placement and receive approval before installing a satellite dish.

  • Can I place a sign in my yard or in a window?

    No. Signs of any type are prohibited on Coronada property. The only exception is the placement of an “Open House” sign at the entrance to Coronada on Hwy 70S and directional arrows to the condo on the day of the open house.

  • Do gas fireplaces need to be inspected?

    Yes. All fireplaces (wood burning and all gas fireplaces whether ventless or vented) must be inspected every two years by a licensed chimney inspector, with a written inspection report filed with the office.

    Fireplaces that have been capped on the outside do not have to be inspected but proper documentation must be on file in the office, and the cap must be installed by a licensed professional.

    Fireplace repairs must be done by a licensed professional.

    2021, 2023, 2025… are inspection years for all homeowners. Inspections are mandatory during the Fall every two years.

  • How do I submit a Maintenance Request?

  • How do I access the Wi-Fi hotspot in the clubhouse?

    The wifi password is: chimneyhill. Residents may connect to wireless Internet in the clubhouse free of charge.

  • Can a resident be removed from the website?

    Junk mail, spam, and efforts to harass fellow condo owners will not be tolerated. Violation of this board policy will result in the person’s registration being revoked. This action may be taken at the sole discretion of the website administrator.
